Family History
Eva & Gigi’s Bakery was born from generations of passion, creativity, and a true love for baking. Long before the first cookie left our kitchen, our family was already kneading dough, crafting recipes, and sharing sweet moments around the table.
We come from a long line of bakers.
Our great-grandmother was known for her famous white chocolate macadamia cookies—so delicious that she would bake and sell them to neighbors who couldn’t get enough. Our grandmother wasn’t a professional baker, but she cooked every single day, experimenting with new recipes and creating home-cooked meals that brought everyone together.
That passion carried into the next generation.
Our mother started her very own cottage bakery at just eight years old, selling treats from home and falling in love with the joy that baking brought to others.
How it started
Growing up in that same spirit of creativity, Eva and Gigi found themselves glued to shows like Junior MasterChef and other baking competitions. Inspired by the young bakers they watched on TV, they began experimenting in the kitchen and soon started selling cookies and taking small orders at their local church.
The response was immediate and overwhelming.
People kept coming back—not just for the cookies, but for the heart behind them. Seeing how much joy this brought her girls, their mother decided it was time to turn this passion into something real. And just like that, Eva & Gigi’s Bakery was officially born.
Our Products
Today, we continue to share our family’s tradition of baking—one soft, delicious, homemade cookie at a time. Every recipe has a story, and every box is filled with generations of love.
Quality is at the heart of everything we bake.
We use unbleached flour, cage-free eggs, and pure vanilla imported from Mexico. We believe that quality ingredients make a real difference, and that’s why you’ll never find preservatives in our baked goods. Just fresh, handcrafted treats made with care, tradition, and a whole lot of love.
Many of our cookies and pastries come from treasured three- and four-generation family recipes, lovingly passed down and perfected over the years. And while tradition guides us, creativity inspires us—some of our newest recipes are originals crafted right here in our kitchen.
